Being adaptable, agile and performance outcome-oriented is the core of my methodology. I deliver solutions for my clients that are fit for purpose, integrated, and focused on supporting people in improving their performance and employee experience.I have been working with a wide spectrum of organisations, providing change management and learning solutions for over 12 years. During this time, I've worked in a variety of roles and developed the expertise to help my clients improve how they manage change, deploy technologies and employ learning to deliver meaningful outcomes in their organisations.The core focus I always apply is ensuring every initiative has a clear purpose, and that it is focused on the needs of the people who are expected to make a change to contribute towards the organisational goal.Let's have a chat about how I can help your organisation.

I will review your existing digital learning against best practice principles in learning design, UX, technology use, and accessibility to identified optimisation opportunities and strategies.

"Raf worked with me on the Mobility Project for Future Fund. The purpose of this project was to roll out out a new platform of Microsoft applications for mobile devices and tablets to over 300 staff. I was the Change Lead on the project and Raf I worked closely together to design a user centric rollout strategy.
